Come learn what Sling Health is all about! Grab some food, meet our current teams and executive board, and connect with some of the most innovative students and physicians in St. Louis. The evening will feature a special talk by Dr. Joe Klaesner, Professor of Practice in Biomedical Engineering at Washington University and leader of the senior design class. While teaching senior design, he was chosen as a top innovator in St. Louis by Alive Magazine (2015). Dr. Klaesner has advised numerous student teams in the past that have gone on to achieve incredible things and launch successful ventures. Bring your ideas, explore opportunities to network and discuss ideas with peers, business, engineering, and medical students, residents, and physicians, and see how you can turn a healthcare problem into a real startup. Whether you already have an idea or just want to learn more, come hang out, network, and meet the Sling Health community.

Come explore what our teams are working on at Sling Health Problem Day! Team leads will showcase their healthcare problems through posters and walkthroughs in the FLTC Atrium. Meet teams, connect with mentors, and walk around to see the different problems being tackled across Sling Health. Mentors can share feedback, and everyone can learn from other teams and ideas. Plus, there will be food!
