About

Anish Kohli's goal is to become a physician who bridges medicine, innovation, and entrepreneurship to improve healthcare accessibility and quality. Throughout his career, he hopes to develop and implement technologies that make healthcare more personalized, efficient, and equitable, combining clinical practice with innovation to address systemic challenges and improve patient outcomes at scale.

His interests span clinical medicine, biomedical research, healthcare technology, and venture-backed innovation. Through research, startup development, and leadership, he has focused on translating scientific discoveries into practical solutions for patients and healthcare systems.

Anish is a Research Assistant in the WashU Brogan Orthopedic Lab, studying the axillary nerve system to advance nerve regeneration and repair techniques, and a Clinical Research Assistant investigating extracellular vesicles as therapeutic interventions for peripheral nerve injury. He is also Founder and CEO of InfantIQ, a biotech startup developing the world's first self-sterilizing smart baby bottle to improve infant health and safety.

He has worked as a Project Manager Intern at ZebraMD, helping develop AI-powered tools for rare disease diagnosis and physician decision-making, and as a Venture Scout at GoAhead Ventures, evaluating early-stage startups and emerging technologies. He is a former top-10 U18 ranked tennis player in Virginia.

As Co-President and Director of External Relations, Anish focuses on expanding Sling Health's partnerships with healthcare organizations, universities, industry professionals, and entrepreneurial ecosystems, building strategic relationships that create opportunities for members and support the growth of healthcare innovation in St. Louis and beyond.
